Barry Schoch, P.E., was nominated by Governor Tom Corbett to be Secretary of Transportation in January 2011.

Schoch has 28 years' experience in the engineering field and has either managed or played a key role in many of the pending or completed transportation projects in Pennsylvania over that time.
